Cane & Table is a rum-focused "proto-tiki" cocktail bar and restaurant in the French Quarter, opened in July 2013 on Decatur Street by Nick Detrich with the Cure team (Neal Bodenheimer and Kirk Estopinal). The kitchen leans into Caribbean and Cuban flavors, and the bar — a James Beard Outstanding Bar Program semifinalist, named by Bon Appétit among the best new cocktail bars in America — carries a dedicated "Non-Alcoholic" section rather than a token mocktail.
