The kitchen serves modern Vietnamese cuisine with French and East Asian influences alongside an ambitious craft-cocktail program, and the bar runs a genuine zero-proof option: general manager David Tye uses Lyre's non-alcoholic spirits to rebuild several cocktails alcohol-free while keeping the original recipe intact, including a Papaya Margarita made with NA tequila, papaya, lime, agave, and black lava sea salt.
