The Spindle Bar is the fruit-forward cocktail bar anchoring the center of Optimist Hall, Charlotte's first food hall, with an 18-seat indoor bar and a renovated Italian Piaggio truck on the patio. Its menu features spirit-free versions of signature cocktails — including the Flower Child, Ring Toss, and Maleficent Fairy — plus a dedicated non-alcoholic section with kombucha, Topo Chico, house ginger beer, and Athletic Brewing cans. The concept comes from the Folkart Management team behind Chicago's renowned Billy Sunday bar.
