Best Non-Alcoholic Bars in London, England
London is arguably the world capital of non-alcoholic drinking, and its strength lies less in dedicated sober bars than in the seriousness its world-class cocktail bars bring to zero-proof. Repeat World's 50 Best rooms print full alcohol-free sections rather than off-menu mocktails: the Connaught Bar's ‘Innocence’ list, Ryan Chetiyawardana’s Lyaness and Seed Library, Nightjar, Coupette, Tayer + Elementary, Homeboy and Erik Lorincz’s Kwant all build spirit-free drinks with the same technique as the originals, while Dalston’s Three Sheets splits its whole menu by strength. The clearest fully alcohol-free anchor is The Lucky Saint, the low-and-no beer brand’s Fitzrovia pub, and King’s Cross favourite Dishoom is regularly called the city’s best mocktail bar. Dedicated sober venues remain relatively few — Club Soda’s Covent Garden tasting room closed in early 2026 — but for a properly made zero-proof drink, London’s best bars are hard to beat.

The Lucky Saint
Fitzrovia
The Lucky Saint is the alcohol-free beer brand's first permanent pub, on Great Titchfield Street in Fitzrovia — a proper pub where nothing behind the bar will get you drunk. It pours the brand's own unfiltered 0.5% lager and a newer IPA alongside a rotating range of low- and no-alcohol beers, ciders and cans, Italian aperitivo bitters such as Crodino, and a short list of alcohol-free cocktails, with a full food menu. It is one of the clearest signs of London's shift: a busy, all-day pub built entirely without alcohol.
Nightjar
Shoreditch
Nightjar is a World's 50 Best Bars-listed basement jazz bar on City Road, with live music nightly and a cocktail list famous for its theatrical, historically researched drinks. Its menu carries an explicit non-alcoholic section rather than off-menu mocktails: the signature Adonis is built from Taronja de Gris orange wine, Aperitivo Professore, Fino sherry, barrel-aged tsipouro and Muyu Vetiver Gris for genuine bittersweet depth.
Connaught Bar
Mayfair
The Connaught Bar in Mayfair, repeatedly ranked the world's best bar, gives its non-alcoholic drinking the same rigour as its celebrated martini trolley. The menu carries a dedicated 'Innocence' section, and the current Synergia list runs three from-scratch alcohol-free cocktails — one per chapter — built on a stocked range of non-alcoholic spirits and botanicals, such as The Chill Out with house chilli syrup and passion fruit.
Lyaness
South Bank
Lyaness is Ryan Chetiyawardana's (Mr Lyan) flagship bar at Sea Containers on the South Bank, a World's 50 Best fixture built around a handful of house 'ingredients' reinvented each year. Five of its fifteen cocktails are offered in full alcohol-free versions made with the same technique as the originals; the zero-proof Three Spirit Livener — grass amazake, gentian and pine — is a signature non-alcoholic serve.
Seed Library
Shoreditch
Seed Library is the Mr Lyan bar in the basement of One Hundred Shoreditch, a low-lit room with a pared-back, produce-led list. Its 'Pathways' menu carries four dedicated non-alcoholic serves, and roughly half the full cocktail list can be rebuilt booze-free; named low- and no-alcohol drinks include the Hand-Rolled Spritz and Master Stock Plus.
Tayer + Elementary
Shoreditch
Tayer + Elementary, from Alex Kratena and Monica Berg, is a two-in-one Old Street bar — a casual all-day Elementary room up front and the refined Tayer bar behind — and a perennial World's 50 Best entry. Low- and no-alcohol options run through the seasonal list, and the pair collaborated with Everleaf on a non-alcoholic ready-to-drink Blood Orange and Timur Pepper Highball.
Coupette
Bethnal Green
Coupette is a World's 50 Best-listed, French-leaning bar in Bethnal Green known for its apple-based cocktails. It runs a named non-alcoholic section rather than mocktails on request — the current list includes a Clean Martini and a Stone Fruit Slush of mango, apricot sorbet and London Essence peach soda.
Swift Soho
Soho
Swift is a two-floor Soho institution — quick aperitivo upstairs, a dark cocktail den below — from a team behind some of London's best bars. The walk-in upstairs room carries a dedicated non-alcoholic list alongside its aperitivo menu, and the sibling Swift Borough pours a named low/no serve, the Atopia, with spiced citrus, Botivo, strawberry and pink peppercorn.
Three Sheets
Dalston
Three Sheets is a tiny, technique-obsessed Dalston bar from brothers Max and Noel Venning, with a menu split into three 'sheets' by alcohol strength. The alcohol-free run rebuilds the classics properly — a booze-free whisky sour, negroni and espresso martini built on Belgian Opius NA elixirs, with three chillies infused in vegetable glycerin to restore the heat and viscosity alcohol would give.
Kwant
Mayfair
Kwant is Erik Lorincz's 19th-century-styled bar beneath Momo in Mayfair, from a bartender who spent years running the Savoy's American Bar. Its menu lists five dedicated non-alcoholic cocktails alongside the two dozen alcoholic ones, many built on herbs grown in-house and treated with the same craft as the full-strength drinks.
Artesian
Marylebone
Artesian, the bar at The Langham on Portland Place, has been named the World's Best Bar more than once. Head bartender Giulia Cuccurullo's 'Ultimo' menu includes dedicated non-alcoholic serves: Currant, a booze-free paloma with Smiling Wolf agave and London Essence raspberry-rose soda, and an effervescent Apple built on Lyre's American Malt and Amaretto with Wignac cider.
Homeboy Bar
Islington
Homeboy is a World's 50 Best-listed modern Irish cocktail bar with rooms in Islington and Battersea, built around Irish whiskey and a warm neighbourhood feel. Its menu is organised into three pillars — Irish whiskey, Contemporary and Classics — and carries two dedicated non-alcoholic cocktails made with the same technique-led approach as the rest of the list.
Eve Bar
Covent Garden
Eve Bar is the zero-waste cocktail bar beneath Frog by Adam Handling in Covent Garden, with a state-of-the-art drinks lab feeding both rooms. It keeps three dedicated non-alcoholic cocktails on the list, including a Strawberries and Cream built on English strawberries, white chocolate cookie syrup, Everleaf Mountain and milk punch.
Dishoom King's Cross
King's Cross
Dishoom's King's Cross branch — a lavish recreation of an Irani cafe inside a former railway goods shed — is regularly called the best mocktail bar in London. Its non-alcoholic list is a proper menu section rather than an afterthought: a Teetotal Espresso Martini, a Sober Negroni and a rotating range of 0% beers, served all day alongside the Bombay food.
Little Mercies
Crouch End
Little Mercies is the Crouch End cocktail bar from the Three Sheets team — Max and Noel Venning with Alan Sherwood — bringing the same low-waste, technique-forward approach to north London. It carries a genuine dedicated low- and no-alcohol cocktail selection alongside its main list, built with the house-made ingredients Three Sheets is known for.
