Sin City Saints Beverage Co. holds the distinction of being Las Vegas' first dedicated brick-and-mortar shop devoted entirely to adult non-alcoholic (ANA) beverages. It lives inside the Arts Factory, the cultural anchor of the 18b Arts District, where founder Eryn Korby has curated a best-in-category selection of zero-proof spirits, dealcoholized wines and wine alternatives, NA craft beers, and canned ready-to-drink cocktails. Korby is a 20-plus-year Vegas mixology and events veteran whose resume includes being the original local fixer and on-camera character on Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations; she evolved the earlier Buzzkillrz concept into Sin City Saints, opening as a pop-up in July 2024 before settling into the permanent Arts Factory showroom in early 2025.

The space functions as both a retail bottle shop and a tasting showroom, with the whole inventory being alcohol-free. Beyond walk-in retail, Sin City Saints serves as a wholesale and consulting resource for the city's hospitality scene, supplying zero-proof products and helping restaurants, bars, and casinos build non-alcoholic cocktail programs, and hosting trade tastings for industry professionals. Public hours center on Friday and Saturday afternoons with weekday appointments available, plus extended evening hours during the Arts District's monthly First Friday celebrations.
