Tucked at 1025 S. 1st Street in the heart of the 18b Arts District, Doberman Drawing Room opened on April 30, 2025 as the latest concept from Corner Bar Management. The 3,400-square-foot room channels the moody elegance of a 19th-century drawing room, with heavy wood, private seating and booths, and an indoor atrium garden. It functions as both a public cocktail bar (reservations and walk-ins welcome) and a membership social club, with selection based, the team says, on "personality and passion rather than status."
The beverage program is overseen by mixologist and partner Juyoung Kang, previously of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, who describes her approach simply: "Every sip has a point of view. Every detail is intentional." That intentionality carries through to the non-alcoholic side of the menu. Alongside spirit-forward signatures, the bar keeps standing alcohol-free options such as the Coffee Cheesecake and the savory Good Vibrations, and for Dry January 2026 it launched "Zero-100," a two-menu tasting experience that lets a table mix sober-curious and traditional drinkers. The zero-proof lineup leans on Lyre's non-alcoholic spirits across drinks like the Faux Fashioned, Confetti and Blush 75, making Doberman a credible stop for anyone in the Arts District looking for a crafted, alcohol-free pour.
