Best Mocktails in Las Vegas, NV

Las Vegas — a city built on the bar — has quietly grown a real non-alcoholic scene, and its heart is the Downtown Arts District, where a tight cluster of craft bars run standing zero-proof menus: the award-winning Velveteen Rabbit, the Americana kitchen Palate (whose "Free Spirited" list donates $1 a drink to recovery), the sober-owned vinyl listening lounge ECHO, and mixologist Juyoung Kang's Doberman Drawing Room. On the Strip, marquee programs treat zero-proof as a real menu — master mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini's mocktails at Wynn's Overlook Lounge, Almave non-alcoholic agave cocktails at Aria's Proper Bar, a "Zero Proof" list at Mandalay Bay's 1923 Prohibition Bar, and Lyre's-built drinks at the Venetian's WAKUDA and Caesars' Vanderpump Cocktail Garden. Beyond the neon, fully alcohol-free kava lounges (WLVS Den, Guud Kava) hold down the sober corner, the 24-hour Golden Tiki pours "Virgin Cocktails" in Chinatown, the Mob Museum's Underground speakeasy keeps a sober list downtown, and zero-proof menus reach the suburbs at Henderson's Bottiglia and the southwest valley's Mijo and Todo Bien.

    ECHO - Taste & Sound

    Arts District

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

ECHO - Taste & Sound is an intimate vinyl hi-fi listening lounge and bar in the Las Vegas Arts District, opened in March 2025 by sober chef-owner Natalie Young (formerly of the long-running Fremont East brunch spot EAT) and entrepreneur Tom McAllister. Set in a mid-century-modern room of warm wood, acoustic panels, plants and vintage furnishings spun on a McIntosh sound system, it pairs elevated small plates with curated vinyl. As a sober owner, Young made an inclusive beverage program a priority from the start, with bar talent drawn from the storied (now-closed) Downtown Cocktail Room. The menu carries a dedicated "Non-Alcoholic Cocktails" section that mirrors classic spirited drinks using zero-proof substitutes -- including an N/A Old Fashioned (n/a bourbon, n/a amaro, simple syrup), Caught in the Rain (n/a rum, pineapple, mango, orange, coconut), Ring of Fire (n/a tequila, mango, orange, firewater bitters) and Take 5 (non-alcoholic amaro, cold brew, seasonal syrup) -- plus a separate "Mocktails" section of original non-spirited creations such as Cool Cat, Chef's Jam and Bright Size Life (ube syrup, lemon, soda).

    Southwest (UnCommons)

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

Todo Bien is a tiki tequileria tucked into the UnCommons development in southwest Las Vegas, where lead mixologist Rylen Komeiji builds an intentional lineup of non-alcoholic drinks alongside the bar's tequila, mezcal and sotol cocktails. The roughly 1,300-square-foot space leans into a tropical-meets-Mexican aesthetic with lush hanging greenery, patterned textiles and an altar-candle-lit patio. Komeiji's zero-proof creations are designed around dominant fresh flavors rather than sugar, and have been singled out by local press, including a Las Vegas Weekly feature on the city's top mocktail-makers and a 2025 Las Vegas Magazine roundup of the valley's best no-alcohol drinks. The aim, in his words, is to "make everyone feel included," whether guests want spirited drinks or refreshment without alcohol. The bar maintains a dedicated 'Non-Alcoholic Cocktails' section on its drink menu, with house creations priced at $14 each that are as carefully composed as its full-proof drinks. Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca is an upscale rustic-Italian restaurant inside the Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, serving Napa/Sonoma, Italian, and French wines alongside seasonal pasta and seafood. Its non-alcoholic side is a defined "Zero Proof Libations" menu ($13–$15 per drink) of crafted, mixology-style mocktails rather than token sodas. The drink program comes from Wynn master mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini, a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist (and finalist) for Outstanding Professional in Cocktail Service. The menu is built around five spritzes, five reinterpreted classics, and a standing trio of named zero-proof mocktails, with every drink named for iconic figures from fashion, film, history and mythology. The three alcohol-free options are the Ava (a zero-proof Italian orange spritz), the Ruby (a sparkling pomegranate and Pompelmo spritz), and the Wilde (an exotic sparkling yuzu lemonade), so non-drinkers get crafted, on-menu choices rather than an afterthought. The lounge is open daily, seats first-come, first-served (no reservations), and requires upscale resort attire.

    CASBAR Lounge

    The Strip (SAHARA Las Vegas)

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

CASBAR Lounge is the 24-hour cocktail lounge on the casino floor at SAHARA Las Vegas, at the quieter north end of the Strip, with live music every evening and a room built for sitting rather than passing through. Its non-alcoholic menu is unusually developed for a casino bar: rather than stripping the spirit out of a cocktail and serving what is left, the bar reaches for low- and no-ABV substitutes and rebuilds classics properly, working largely with Lyre's non-alcoholic spirits so that the juniper of a gin drink or the vanilla of a whiskey drink is still there. Documented builds include an N/A Old Fashioned made with Lyre's American Malt and an N/A Raspberry Mojito made with Lyre's White Cane Spirit. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority named it among seven must-try spirit-free stops in the city, and Best of Las Vegas awarded the lounge Bronze for Best Cocktail Bar in 2024. Because it never closes, it is one of the few genuinely round-the-clock spirit-free options in Las Vegas.

Chyna Club at Fontainebleau Las Vegas

    The Strip (Fontainebleau)

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

Chyna Club is an upscale Chinese restaurant and cocktail destination on level 1 of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a concept from Wagamama and Hakkasan founder Alan Yau set adjacent to the casino floor and high-limit gaming area. Its beverage program, overseen by Director of Beverage Development Juyoung Kang, treats zero-proof drinks with the same culinary rigor as its full cocktails, using teas for tannin and umami, starches for mouthfeel, and oils that coat the palate. The signature non-alcoholic creation, "Heaven," is built from rice-water tea infusion, oleo-saccharum (citrus-infused sugared oil), fig jam and Supasawa, while "Made You Look" pairs jasmine pearl and green tea with cucumber and watermelon, taking its lilac hue from color-shifting butterfly pea tisane. Kang told Las Vegas Weekly that interest in mocktails has grown because "we raised the conversation and we raised their awareness, [so] people are more confident in ordering it." The restaurant is open evenings (typically Wednesday-Sunday, 5:30-9:30pm), with business-casual attire and reservations recommended.

House mocktails include the Garden Goddess (mint, matcha, pineapple, lemon, and aquafaba for a velvety foam) and the Caesars Berries (raspberry, mint, hibiscus, lemon, coconut, and soda), both made with the same garnish-forward attention as the alcoholic list. NA Program Strength: 5 of 5?

Guud Kava is a fully alcohol-free kava bar tucked inside Downtown Container Park at 707 Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. The shop focuses on bringing the island culture and community of kava, a non-alcoholic botanical beverage rooted in centuries of Pacific Island tradition, to a wider audience as a relaxing, stress-less alternative to alcohol. Rather than serving kava straight, Guud Kava infuses an array of fruit juices with kava, using only natural flavors and quality ingredients (no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners) to balance kava's earthy taste. Reviewers describe a clean, comfortable space with knowledgeable staff who walk newcomers through the kava experience, and call the drinks refreshing and delicious (one regular praises the apple soda kava). With nothing alcoholic on offer, it is a sober-friendly spot to unwind in the heart of the Fremont East district.

    Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den

    The Strip (Resorts World)

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den is a hidden cocktail bar inside Famous Foods Street Eats, the Singapore-style hawker-hall food court at Resorts World Las Vegas. Entry is the point: the bar sits behind the shelves of a small gift-and-sundries stall, and guests check in with a hostess who moves a bookshelf to let them through. Drinks are the only thing served, and the mixology program takes Prohibition-era construction and runs it through a Singaporean lens, which extends to the zero-proof options listed alongside the cocktails rather than hidden behind a request. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority singled out the Invisible Ink, built from cold brew, orange, raspberry and CALPICO soda, among seven must-try spirit-free drinks in the city. The room runs High Fidelity Fridays, a weekly all-vinyl music series with DJs playing analog-based sets, and opens nightly at 6pm, to midnight Sunday through Thursday and to 1am on Friday and Saturday.

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

Hard Shake is the cocktail lounge on the 23rd floor of Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, opened in March 2025 as part of a redesign that replaced the hotel's former SkyBar and introduced the tea lounge Peacock Alley alongside it. The bar is named for the hard shake, the stylised three-point shaking technique developed by the Japanese bartender Kazuo Uyeda, and the room is built to match that emphasis on precision: a custom mosaic tile floor, deep indigo banquettes curving along the perimeter with Art Deco detailing, a marbled dark stone bar trimmed in champagne brass, and gold-illuminated fixtures overhead, all set against floor-to-ceiling windows over the Strip. Signature drinks include The Katana, which combines Hibiki Harmony whisky with house-spiced Drambuie and pecan bitters. For guests not drinking, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority named the Reverie, made with sparkling watermelon and lime, among seven must-try spirit-free drinks in the city. A late-night menu of elevated bites runs alongside the drinks.

What makes a great mocktail?

A great mocktail isn't just a cocktail with the alcohol removed. The best non-alcoholic drinks are designed from the ground up around the flavor profile, mouthfeel, and ritual of a craft cocktail — without leaning on alcohol as a shortcut.

The signal: named drinks on a published menu, fresh-pressed juices, house-made shrubs or syrups, bitters and tinctures for complexity, and increasingly an NA-spirits section (Lyre's, Seedlip, Ritual, Wilderton, and others) used the same way a cocktail bar uses gin or whiskey. The opposite: an off-menu "we can make something" with no specific drinks, defaulting to soda, juice, or sparkling water.

That distinction is why we rank venues by mocktail menu depth and NA Program Strength rather than treating every "mocktail option" as equal. A bar that lists three named NA cocktails on its printed menu is doing the work; a bar that says "we can probably do something" is not.
