Killjoy is Nashville's first booze-free beverage shop, founded by Stephanie Styll, who stopped drinking at the end of 2020. It launched in 2023 as a hidden 200-square-foot space in Wedgewood-Houston before relocating in November 2024 to a storefront in The Shoppes on Fatherland in East Nashville. The shelves are entirely alcohol-free: NA beer, still and sparkling wine, zero-proof spirits, ready-to-drink cocktails, plus kava, adaptogens, and THC/CBD drinks, with a knowledgeable team to guide customers through the selection. Confirmed brands on its own store include Athletic Brewing, Best Day Brewing, Go Brewing, Untitled Art, Dromme, and Prima Pavé. Killjoy was named among the country's top nonalcoholic bottle shops by Wine Enthusiast, and Styll won a NEXT Award from the Nashville Entrepreneur Center in 2024. It runs frequent Dry January tastings and sober-social events.

Kosmic Community Anti Bar & Coffee Shop is a fully alcohol-free "anti bar" and cafe that opened in May 2024 in the former Mug & Cup space at 115 Avenue C in the East Village. It was founded by owner and East Village resident James Lockwood along with partners Tyler Garrett and Apostolos Filippas, who built it as a judgment-free social space for people with any relationship to sobriety. The owners are, in their words, "not big on mocktails," instead pouring a full coffee bar plus house-made sodas, herbal teas, fruit presses, and kava. The drink list also carries craft NA beer from Mash Gang, Athletic Brewing, and Go Brewing. The space keeps late hours — open until 2am Fridays and Saturdays — and features a retro lounge with a vintage phone booth and a back garden, hosting community events and live programming.

Sin City Saints Beverage Co. is Las Vegas' first and only dedicated adult non-alcoholic (ANA) bottle shop and tasting showroom, tucked inside the iconic Arts Factory building in the Downtown Arts District. Founded by longtime Vegas hospitality and events pro Eryn Korby, the shop launched as a pop-up in July 2024 and moved into its permanent Arts Factory space in February 2025. The fully alcohol-free, highly curated inventory spans zero-proof spirits, dealcoholized wines and wine alternatives, NA craft brews, and ready-to-drink canned cocktails, including brands such as Go Brewing alongside other zero-proof labels. Beyond retail, the company supplies zero-proof products and builds non-alcoholic beverage programs for restaurants, bars, and casinos across Las Vegas, and hosts professional tastings for hospitality pros. The showroom is open Friday and Saturday afternoons, by appointment Monday through Thursday, and runs extended hours during the Arts District's First Friday events.

Gunther & Co. has run on Brewers Hill's Toone Street for a decade under executive chef Jerry Trice — a Culinary Institute of America graduate who previously led Yin Yankee in Annapolis and Bethesda — and director of operations Nancy Hart Trice, who designed the restaurant out of raw space. The drinks menu carries a standing 'Zero Proof Cocktails' section rather than an on-request afterthought: the Amalfi Spritz builds a house-made zero-proof 'Amalfi' aperitif over Lyre's NA sparkling wine and soda, while A Highball Strike and Rose of Althea are built on house-made shrubs — blood orange, carrot and saffron for the first, hibiscus and lime for the second — priced $6 to $12. The bar backs that with eight non-alcoholic beers, including Go Brewing's New School Sour, Athletic Brewing's Upside Dawn Golden, Brooklyn's Special Effects IPA, Patagonia's Black Butte Porter and Estrella Galicia 0.0. The kitchen runs modern American on local and seasonal sourcing, and a 3% 'Labor of Love' service charge funds employee health insurance and benefits.
