Crumb & Spigot

Crumb & Spigot began on Chillicothe Road in Chagrin Falls and opened its Lakewood room at 15322 Detroit Avenue, a few doors from Humble Wine Bar on the same block. The format is a gastropub built around wood-fired pizza, with an unusually large share of the menu marked vegan and gluten-free — enough that it works as the default choice for a mixed group rather than as an accommodation bolted onto the end of the menu. The Lakewood room does dinner six nights a week, closing Mondays and running to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

The non-alcoholic list exists because the ownership decided to build one, describing the aim as providing a different avenue versus just normal cocktails, and the drinks are constructed rather than poured. The Sober Clover, at $12, is the one Cleveland Magazine picked out in its 2026 mocktail guide: grenadine, apple cider vinegar, citrus and egg white, shaken hard so the egg white carries a proper foam and the vinegar supplies the acid bite that would normally come from gin. It is a straight zero-proof reading of a clover club and it works for the same reason the original does — texture and sourness carrying the drink rather than sugar. The rest of the zero-proof list rotates alongside the cocktail menu.

Because the brand operates in two places, the Lakewood and Chagrin Falls rooms keep separate phone numbers, hours and menus; Chagrin Falls is roughly twenty miles south-east and outside the Cleveland metro proper, so the Detroit Avenue address is the one listed here. Taken together with Humble, Sacred Waters and LBM, this stretch of Lakewood is the single strongest cluster for drinking well without alcohol in Greater Cleveland — four rooms, four different formats, all within a short walk.
