Hillman Beer is a family-owned brewpub near Biltmore Village whose taproom keeps the non-drinker in mind with Athletic Brewing non-alcoholic beer on hand, plus locally made Devil's Foot craft sodas (an Asheville mocktail-base staple), kombucha, and soda.
