The Venetian Soda Lounge is a 1920s-styled hideaway in Burlington's South End Arts District, built around a family soda recipe: Venetian Ginger Ale, a Burlington brand lost during the Second World War and revived in 2017. The lounge opened on Pine Street in 2022 and prints a full Zero Proof mocktails section — six drinks at $9 to $12, three of them built on CleanCo's alcohol-free gin and whiskey — alongside seven house-made craft sodas at $5, soda floats, creemees and milkshakes. It serves alcohol too, but it is the rare licensed room where the non-alcoholic side is the founding idea rather than an accommodation. Live jazz, low light, closed Monday and Tuesday.

Zero Gravity's Pine Street beer hall is the taproom of the brewery behind Rescue Club, one of the earliest craft non-alcoholic beer lines in New England. Rescue Club was launched in January 2021 as a collaboration between Zero Gravity and Citizen Cider co-founder Kris Nelson, and both expressions — the IPA and the pilsner, each under 0.5% ABV — are stocked in cans at the beer hall alongside the full draft list. The brewery dry-hops the IPA again after the alcohol is removed, which is why it tastes like a hop-forward beer rather than a compromise. Open 8am to 9pm daily, to 10pm on Friday and Saturday, with food, an outdoor patio and dogs welcome outside.
