The Daily Kitchen & Bar is a Richmond Restaurant Group restaurant in the Greengate Shopping Center in Short Pump, in Henrico County, and since September 2026 it is the only Daily: the original restaurant on West Cary Street in Carytown closed after 13 years. Its drinks menu has a six-drink mocktail section — the Cucumber Cooler (basil, cucumber, lemongrass, coconut water, soda), a Passionfruit Lime Soda, a Strawberry Limeade, the Coco-Mo, a rotating daily shrub with club soda, and Blue Ridge Bucha ginger kombucha from Virginia — plus Athletic Brewing and Stella Liberte 0.0% in bottles and cans. Lunch starts at 11am on weekdays and brunch at 10:30am at weekends, and it serves until 9pm every day.

Point 5 is Richmond's dedicated non-alcoholic bottle shop, on West Cary Street in Carytown, and as of 2026 it is the last one standing in the city — the Fan's Ceremony has closed its Richmond location and moved to Norfolk. Owner Jody Sidle stocks more than 100 brands across zero-proof spirits, non-alcoholic beer and wine, functional drinks, ready-to-drink mocktails and botanical elixirs, which makes it the one place in Richmond where the whole category sits on a shelf to be compared. It is a shop rather than a bar, but it runs tastings, education classes and community events for alcohol-free living, so it functions as the scene's meeting point too.
- 1911 Premium N/A Original Cider (4 Pack)$14.00
From the venue's published menu, confirmed Aug 20, 2026.

Three Notch'd's Scott's Addition taproom is the rare brewery that answers the non-alcoholic question with its own beer rather than a bought-in can. The Charlottesville-founded brewery produces Uncool, a full year-round non-alcoholic line, and pours it here on tap and in the fridge — including a Low Cal IPA that comes in around 40 calories. That distinction matters in a brewery district: ordering a house-brewed alcohol-free beer in a taproom is a completely different social experience from asking what they have without alcohol and being handed something from a competitor. The kitchen and the taproom keep normal brewery hours, to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

How we know a Richmond bar has NA beer
Three kinds of evidence put a venue on this page, and each card says which. The strongest is a menu we've read: the exact beers, the price where the menu prints one, and the date we confirmed it. Next are breweries — a brewery is in this directory because it pours non-alcoholic beer, often its own. Last are venues whose own menu or copy names a specific NA brand they carry. Nothing here is inferred from a review or a vague “great NA selection”.
“Non-alcoholic” is a legal band, not a promise of zero: under 0.5% ABV in the US, with “alcohol-free” reserved for 0.0%. The big lagers (Heineken 0.0, Guinness 0.0) are labeled 0.0%; most craft NA beers sit somewhere under 0.5%. We name the brand wherever the venue does so you can check the label that matters to you.
Draft NA beer is spreading but still uncommon, so we never assume it. A pour is marked “on draft” only when the venue's menu says tap or draft; everything else should be read as cans or bottles.
Frequently asked about non-alcoholic beer in Richmond
We've verified 3 places in Richmond with non-alcoholic beer: The Daily Kitchen & Bar, Point 5, Three Notch'd Brewery & Craft Kitchen. 2 list it on a menu we've read line by line; the rest are breweries, or venues that name a specific NA beer brand they carry. Every listing shows when we last checked.
Usually not quite. In the US, beer labeled "non-alcoholic" must be under 0.5% ABV — a trace level also found in some ripe fruit and kombucha — while "alcohol-free" means 0.0%. Most craft NA beers (Athletic, Best Day, Untitled Art) sit between 0.0% and 0.5%; Heineken 0.0 and Guinness 0.0 are labeled 0.0%. Rules differ abroad: in the UK "alcohol-free" is 0.05% or under and "de-alcoholised" up to 0.5%. If you avoid alcohol entirely, look for a 0.0% label — we name the brand wherever the venue does, so you can check.
Draft NA beer is still the exception: most bars serve it in cans or bottles, and that is what to expect. We flag "on draft" only when a venue's own menu says tap or draft — none of the current Richmond listings has a menu-confirmed draft pour yet. If a listing doesn't say draft, assume packaged.
On the Richmond menus and listings we've verified, the most-carried brands are Athletic Brewing (1 venue). Each brand on this page links to everywhere else it is poured.
