Charlotte's Wine Bar & Tapas opened on West Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant in September 2025, owned by Lynn Fleer. The concept centers on a rotating selection of U.S. and international wines by the glass and bottle, served with chef-crafted small plates, oven-fired tapas, artisan flatbreads and charcuterie boards meant for lingering and sharing.
For non-drinkers, the bar carries a dedicated alcohol-free lineup: NA wines in sparkling, rose and pinot noir styles, a non-alcoholic beer, a zero-proof Paloma, plus sparkling waters and Italian sodas. The space rounds out its programming with live music, wine tastings and themed nights.
