Dram & Draught's Raleigh bar occupies a suite at the base of the One Glenwood building on the edge of Glenwood South, and it is the metro's most useful late-night non-alcoholic option: the doors stay open until two in the morning every day of the week, and the spirit-free list is available the whole time.

That list sits under its own "Spirit-Free" heading on the cocktail menu, which is the structural detail that separates a real programme from a bartender's improvisation. The Sunday Spritz is built on Töst's alcohol-free sparkling rosé with lemon, sugar, elderberry and ginger. The Honey Trap is the only one made purely from fresh ingredients — grapefruit, honey, ginger and lemon — and is the most cocktail-like of the three. The Phony Negroni is simply St. Agrestis' bottled non-alcoholic negroni served as it comes, which is an honest way to put a bittersweet, genuinely adult drink in front of someone without pretending to build it from scratch.

Beyond the cocktails, the Töst rosé is available by the bottle at thirty-six dollars, which makes this a workable venue for a group where only some people are drinking. The wider bar is built around whisky and draught beer — the name is not decorative — so there is a deep list on the other side for anyone in the party who wants it.

A practical note for anyone checking the menu in advance: the site's generic menu page returns a "location not found" error, and you have to go through the Raleigh location page to see this list. The Durham sibling runs the same three drinks at slightly lower prices. Published Triangle round-ups still credit the bar with four different drinks — Blue Rain, Exactly Where I'm At, Thyme and Space and a Lyre's-based spritz — but the menu has rotated since.
