A tiny, immersive below-deck tiki bar themed around an 18th-century sailing voyage, UnderTow is a Phoenix cult favorite — and its menu runs a genuine lineup of spiritless tiki drinks built with non-alcoholic 'liquors' rather than just juice. Now operated under the Barter & Shake hospitality group (with a second location in Gilbert), reservations are essentially required for the cramped, transportive room, where the zero-proof tiki builds get the same tropical, layered treatment as the rum-forward originals.
