Seed Library is the Mr Lyan bar in the basement of One Hundred Shoreditch, a low-lit room with a pared-back, produce-led list. Its 'Pathways' menu carries four dedicated non-alcoholic serves, and roughly half the full cocktail list can be rebuilt booze-free; named low- and no-alcohol drinks include the Hand-Rolled Spritz and Master Stock Plus.

Three Sheets is a tiny, technique-obsessed Dalston bar from brothers Max and Noel Venning, with a menu split into three 'sheets' by alcohol strength. The alcohol-free run rebuilds the classics properly — a booze-free whisky sour, negroni and espresso martini built on Belgian Opius NA elixirs, with three chillies infused in vegetable glycerin to restore the heat and viscosity alcohol would give.

Dishoom's King's Cross branch — a lavish recreation of an Irani cafe inside a former railway goods shed — is regularly called the best mocktail bar in London. Its non-alcoholic list is a proper menu section rather than an afterthought: a Teetotal Espresso Martini, a Sober Negroni and a rotating range of 0% beers, served all day alongside the Bombay food.

Scarfes Bar is the World's 50 Best-ranked cocktail bar inside Rosewood London, a drawing-room-style room in Holborn hung with Gerald Scarfe caricatures and driven by live nightly jazz. Under Director of Bars Andy Loudon, its printed seasonal menus now fold serious zero-proof builds into the main list rather than hiding them on a footnote. The 2025 'Long Drawn Out Sip' menu spotlighted two alcohol-free originals among its 24 creations, led by the No-Cracker 0% (Amarico, Martini Vibrante and acorn soda) and the Lost & Found 0% (juniper hydrosol, Martini Vibrante, raspberry and iris cordial).
