MARTINI (Martini & Rossi) is the storied Italian vermouth and sparkling-wine house founded in Turin in 1863, with production centered at Casa Martini in Pessione di Chieri. In January 2022 the brand extended its aperitivo expertise into the alcohol-free category with a two-strong Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo range — Vibrante and Floreale.
Unlike many alcohol-free aperitifs built on water or juice, both expressions start from quality wines; the alcohol is gently removed and the base is then infused with a blend of botanicals. The products use natural flavors with no artificial ingredients and are gluten-free, giving them a texture and depth closer to the original than typical NA alternatives. Both are labeled at less than 0.5% ABV.
Vibrante is the red, bittersweet expression led by Italian bergamot orange with floral and red-berry notes, positioned as a non-alcoholic stand-in for a Campari- or Aperol-style spritz. Floreale is the lighter expression built around delicate floral aromatics and Roman chamomile, drier and less sweet, often served long with tonic. Both are typically bottled at 750ml (700ml in some markets).

The Zero Co.
Poncey-Highland
The Zero Co. is Atlanta's first dedicated non-alcoholic bottle shop, opened in December 2022 in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood by Cory and Malory Atkinson, the husband-and-wife team behind nearby Elemental Spirits Co. The shop grew out of the rapidly growing zero-proof section at Elemental and stocks more than 500 non-alcoholic products — spirit alternatives, de-alcoholized wines, NA beers, and ready-to-drink cans — alongside locally made shrubs, vinegars, bitters, and elixirs. A bar-cart sample station lets customers taste before buying, and the space hosts tastings and events. Carried brands include Ghia, Seedlip, Lyre's, Wilderton, Ritual Zero Proof, De Soi, Three Spirit, Free Spirits, Athletic Brewing, and more. As co-owner Malory Atkinson put it, the goal was a "warm and welcoming" space for all kinds of drinkers and non-drinkers.
Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour
Downtown (Luhrs Building)
Set in the historic Luhrs Building downtown, Bitter & Twisted is one of Phoenix's most decorated cocktail bars — and it takes its zero-proof side seriously. Alongside a dedicated spirit-free menu, the team says roughly 60 percent of the full cocktail list can be built without alcohol. Named NA drinks have included the Nada Colada, the fizzy hibiscus-sage-cinnamon Miss Nightingale, and Hasta La Vista, Berry! — a balance of zero-proof mezcal and Martini & Rossi's non-alcoholic aperitif with a triple-berry shrub and soda.
Cure
Uptown (Freret St)
Cure is an Uptown New Orleans cocktail bar opened in 2009 by New Orleans native Neal Bodenheimer on a then-storm-damaged stretch of Freret Street — a move widely credited with sparking the corridor's revival. It won the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program in 2018 and placed No. 21 on North America's 50 Best Bars 2026. Alongside its acclaimed classic and seasonal cocktails, Cure maintains a rotating "Zero Proof" section. Documented spirit-free builds include The Tide Is High (orange syrup, grapefruit, lemon, cinnamon, mint) and the Gulfside (cucumber, mint, lime, peach bitters, sparkling), plus The Eureka, built on Martini & Rossi Floreale with verjus blanc, black tea, demerara, and Fee's bitters. Einbecker Alkoholfrei is the house non-alcoholic beer.
Fiorella (Inner Sunset)
Inner Sunset
Fiorella is a California-inflected Italian restaurant founded in 2015 by Boris Nemchenok and Brandon Gillis, who opened the original on Clement Street in the Richmond District before expanding to four San Francisco locations. The Inner Sunset branch at 1240 9th Ave serves wood-fired pizzas, house pastas, and seasonal Italian plates, plus a heated rooftop. Beyond the food, the Sunset location runs a genuine named non-alcoholic cocktail program: its official cocktail menu lists zero-proof drinks alongside the full bar, built on NA aperitivos and amari rather than simple sodas. Options include the Noperol Spritz (Giffard and Martini & Rossi NA aperitivos with Good Twin NA sparkling wine), the Like a Virgin (prickly pear essence, lime, mint, sparkling water), the Harvest Moon (Pathfinder NA amaro, lemon, honey, soda), an N/A Lucano Old Fashioned, and a Blackberry Cooler.
Jewel of the South
French Quarter
Jewel of the South is a French Quarter cocktail bar and restaurant set in a renovated 1830s Creole cottage on St. Louis Street, with a courtyard and parlour rooms. The bar ranked No. 6 on North America's 50 Best Bars 2026 — its fourth straight top-10 finish — and appeared on The World's 50 Best Bars 2025. Its cocktail menu carries a dedicated "Spirit-Free Sips" section with four named zero-proof drinks: the Floreal And Tonic (Martini & Rossi Floreale, tonic, lime), the Faux-Groni (Lyre's Dry London, Martini & Rossi Vibrante, Bols Fluère bitter), the Blueberry Sling (Mockly Blueberry, rose, mint, soda), and the Tangerine Daisy (Mockly Tangerine, basil, lemon).
Lady Jane
LoHi
Lady Jane is a neighborhood cocktail bar on West 32nd Avenue in Denver's LoHi (Lower Highlands) neighborhood — airy, plant-filled, and known for a seasonal menu that rotates frequently and a collaborative bar team. Westword describes the non-alcoholic program as having 'a permanent place' on the menu, not a dry-January promotion, and 5280 Magazine calls it one of the most ambitious mocktail programs in Denver. The lineup of named NA drinks tends to be more inventive than at most cocktail bars: the Bay Leaf Cream Soda is built on Seedlip Grove 42 with quince, lemon, and vanilla; the Pineapple No-groni layers bitter botanicals from Giffard, Martini, and Amass; the Morada Colada uses Three Spirit Nightcap with Chicha Morada (a Peruvian purple-corn drink), pineapple, coconut, pear, apple, and lime; and the alcohol-free Persimmon Soda is finished with maple, fenugreek, and mace. The venue was named Reader's Choice Best Bar in 5280's Top of the Town 2023 awards, and the team's broader cocktail program has been covered by Thrillist, Eater Denver, Imbibe Magazine, 303 Magazine, and Denver Life. Lady Jane operates primarily first-come-first-served with limited reservations available.
