Zola, the live-music bar on Main, expanded its mocktail list under head bartender Sheldon Moore, who has been sober since 2023 and builds them with measured pours and real non-alcoholic spirits rather than juice. Garden Party, a plant shop and bar on South Madison, runs a full mocktail menu and does not check ID at the door. The Boneyard in Spokane Valley is an all-ages lounge whose owner makes the Side Hustle syrup line every drink is built on.
