Canon, on 12th Avenue in Capitol Hill, is among the most decorated cocktail bars in the world. It holds Tales of the Cocktail's "World's Best Spirits Selection" award (2015 and 2017), has appeared on the World's 50 Best Bars list, and is built around what it bills as America's largest spirits collection at 4,000-plus labels, with drinks famous for elaborate presentations in vessels like light bulbs and IV bags.

Within that vast program, Canon maintains a small but legitimate selection of non-alcoholic cocktails — local NA guides cite named zero-proof drinks such as "POG the Magic Dragon," made with passion fruit, orange, guava and a black horchata. It earns a spot here as a destination-level cocktail bar with a real (if compact) named NA option rather than a full dedicated NA menu.
