Rosette is a worker-owned neighborhood cocktail and wine lounge in Rainier Beach that opened in 2025 as a sister project to Jude's Old Town, Seattle's first worker-owned bar. The launch was spearheaded by Jude's worker-owner Mark Paschal, who framed the concept around inclusion — building a space that centers people who don't drink rather than treating them as an afterthought — and runs on the same employee-ownership model.
The menu is split roughly evenly between zero-proof and low-proof cocktails, served alongside natural, biodynamic and Black-owned wines and Pacific Northwest small plates. House drinks lean on zero-proof spirits and modifiers including Wilderton Aperitivo, Three Spirit Social, Pathfinder and Ghia, with Athletic Brewing on the NA beer side; named pours include the artichoke-lemon-Dijon "If I Must" and "Social Interactions." The bar also doubles as a small bottle shop.
