Central Standard Crafthouse & Kitchen is the food-and-drink flagship of Central Standard Craft Distillery, set inside a renovated multi-story building at 320 E. Clybourn St. in Milwaukee's East Town. The property pairs a main-floor restaurant and bar with a scratch kitchen and a rooftop terrace, and the distillery's award-winning spirits anchor the cocktail list. It operates seven days a week, with dinner nightly, weekday happy hour, and weekend brunch.

The venue treats its zero-proof drinks with the same distilling craft it applies to its spirits.
