Dayglow is a specialty coffee shop and multi-roaster, not a non-alcoholic bottle shop — it is frequently mentioned alongside one, as LA's first dedicated NA bottle shop, Soft Spirits, opened in 2021 on the same busy stretch of Sunset Boulevard near Dayglow. Founded in Silver Lake in 2018 by Tohm Ifergan as an online subscription before opening its flagship café, Dayglow built a multi-roaster marketplace model carrying beans from roasters around the world, later launching its own roastery; it now operates additional LA locations on Melrose (Larchmont), in Venice, and in West Hollywood. The kitchen treats coffee with a craft-cocktail imagination — signature drinks include the Military Latte (espresso, matcha, bourbon vanilla and cocoa), the Warhol, and the Totoro — and the entirely non-alcoholic menu makes the pink-hued Sunset flagship a reliable daytime alcohol-free stop, open daily 7am to 7pm.
