1103 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132
Verde is the in-house restaurant of the Pérez Art Museum Miami at 1103 Biscayne Boulevard, in Museum Park on the downtown waterfront. The dining room opens onto a covered terrace facing east across Biscayne Bay, which is what RESIDENT means when it writes that the setting encourages guests to linger. Because it operates inside a museum, the hours track the institution: 11am to 4pm on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a late Thursday service until 8pm, and closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The alcohol-free list carries three named builds, which puts Verde ahead of most single-drink hotel bars in this batch. The Boba Passion Fruit brings tapioca pearls into a passionfruit base, the Coconut Cooler is the longest and most refreshing of the three, and the Gingerberry Smash pairs ginger heat with a berry blend. RESIDENT documented all three in its December 2025 Miami survey and wrote that at Verde the drinks are part of the larger sensory experience, that the options lean into freshness and balance, and that the setting encourages guests to linger. Full ingredient specifications are not published, so the drinks are recorded here by name only. One correction worth logging: the same article places Verde in Allapattah, which is wrong — the Pérez Art Museum is on Biscayne Boulevard in Museum Park, at the northern edge of downtown, roughly three miles east of Allapattah. The restaurant posts as @verdemiami. Two practical notes. The Thursday late service until 8pm is the only evening in the week the terrace is open after dark, and the restaurant is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, so the window for a visit is narrower than the address suggests. Hours, business status and the telephone number were taken from Google Places on 2026-08-12; the drink names come from RESIDENT's December 2025 survey. The restaurant takes bookings on (786) 345-5697.
