Yours Truly occupies the ground floor of the AC Hotel by Marriott at 1111 Bishop Street, in the middle of Honolulu's downtown business district — a part of town that empties in the evening and where the bar trade is largely hotel guests and people staying on after work. The room is polished and low-lit, tucked away enough to be worth finding, and it is built to be lingered in rather than passed through.

What distinguishes it for a non-drinker is structural rather than atmospheric. Its published menu carries Zero-Proof as its own named section alongside the cocktails, wine and beer, rather than appending a mocktail or two to the bottom of another page. That distinction does real work: a section on a printed menu means the ingredients are ordered every week, the specs are trained into the staff, and ordering one does not require a negotiation with the bartender. The three standing builds are properly composed and priced accordingly, at $14 to $18 — the same order of magnitude as the alcoholic list, which is itself a signal that the bar treats them as equivalent products rather than as consolation. She's Blushin' works a spiced rich cranberry base against lime, mint and club soda for something tart and long. Manila Bae is the most interesting of the three, using tamarind syrup — sour, faintly funky, and a Filipino pantry staple — against pineapple, lime and citrus syrup, which gives it the savoury edge that fruit-forward zero-proof drinks usually lack. Stamped Strawberry is the simplest, muddled strawberry with lime and basil lengthened with soda. Fever-Tree mixers are stocked for guests who want something plainer. The venue does not publish opening hours or a phone number on its own site, so booking through the reservation system is the reliable route.
