Life on Mars is a plant-based cocktail bar at Pike and Harvard on Capitol Hill, opened in June 2019 by KEXP DJ John Richards, Amy Lindsey Richards, Leigh Sims and Neumos co-owner Steven Severin. It has a 6,000-record vinyl wall, a covered patio, an all-vegan kitchen and one of the most developed non-alcoholic menus in Seattle — a programme that dates to January 2022, when the bar reopened with nine zero-proof cocktails for Dry January. The section is headed "N/A and Low ABV Cocktails", and the naming matters: these are not all 0%. Pathfinder Spritz (0.03%, $14) has been on the list since 2019; High Violet (0.03%, $15) uses Pathfinder with Almave Ambar and blueberry coffee syrup; Mesmerize (0.1%, $13) is black-pepper-infused Pathfinder with lemon lapsang oleo; the canned Pathfinder Negroni is 0.5% at $14; and Two of Hearts is printed at 0.12–2.98% ABV, so it is genuinely low-alcohol rather than alcohol-free. The menu's own disclaimer notes all N/A spirits may contain trace alcohol. Every drink credits its creator and year. 21+ inside and out.

Stampede Cocktail Club is a cocktail bar at 119 N 36th Street in Fremont, opened in 2018 by Paul Shanrock in the former Helm space, known for a heavily themed menu published as a lavishly illustrated zine that changes with each season. Its non-alcoholic programme is genuine and long-running — Seattle Met reported that bar manager Adam Fought estimates one person in every party of five or six goes spirit-free, that the bar was among the first in the city to plant a flag on making great temperate drinks, and that it maintains roughly six non-alcoholic cocktails on the rotating themed menu, with each taking two or three times as long to develop as a standard cocktail. IMPORTANT: because the menu is themed and rotates every season, the drink names change completely — none of the spirit-free names documented in past coverage survive on the current list, so do not travel for a specific drink. What is permanent is a standing "Non Alcoholic Spirits" list of nine pours at $9 each: Jalisco 55, Kentucky 74, Pathfinder Amaro, Seedlip Garden, Grove and Spice, and Wilderton Aperitivo, Earthen and Lustre. Non-alcoholic Athletic beer and Gruvi dry red are $8. Dumplings are $15 for ten. Happy hour 5–7pm daily.

The Coupe & Flute is an art-deco "champagne tavern" at 3015 Beacon Ave S on Beacon Hill, opened in June 2022 by married couple Brooke St. Sauver and Curt Waller in a shuttered travel agency. Neither is a trained sommelier, which is rather the point — their aim was a down-to-earth, accessible room, and Waller has said it feels like a little piece of Europe landed in Seattle. It runs a genuinely carbonation-forward non-alcoholic list under its own "Zero Proof" heading: Scarlet Pimpernel ($16, Giffard aperitif, pomegranate molasses, pineapple), Garden Party ($15, infused tropical botanicals, lime, honey), We Got the Beet ($15, beet juice, Wilderton Citrus, orgeat, lime, soda), Bitter Patience ($15, a non-alcoholic Negroni on Giffard, Wilderton and Pathfinder), Mt. Kamigami ($14, matcha syrup, orange, lime, soda) and the Dirty Divino ($14, Grove non-alcoholic vermouth, olive brine, soda). Crucially for a champagne bar, it pours a de-alcoholised sparkling wine by the glass and bottle — Vinada N/A Chardonnay, $13 and $42. Fremont's non-alcoholic IPA is $8. Brunch at weekends; closed Mondays.

Watershed Pub & Kitchen is a family-owned neighbourhood pub at 10104 3rd Ave NE in Northgate, opened in 2014 by Ben Curran, who wanted a pub for a district that had none and deliberately skipped the dark-bar-and-fried-food model for something family-friendly, fresh and local. Its non-alcoholic section is one of the more developed in Seattle: two zero-proof cocktails — The Honey Pot ($14, Empress 1908 0.0 indigo, lemon, honey) and the Kava Kalada ($8) — plus Best Day kölsch and west coast IPA at $7 each (both under 0.5% ABV) and house specialty drinks including a quinine cold brew ($9) and a peach-rosemary-thyme lemonade ($8). IMPORTANT: the Kava Kalada contains real kava, and the menu separately sells a Goldfinch ginger kava cocktail neat ($10) and an Ablis CBD drink ($9). All three are marked 21+ but carry no printed dosage. It is one of the most accessible venues we list: an ADA-accessible facility with limited-mobility drop-off from 3rd Ave NE, highchairs and boosters, a dog-friendly patio, free parking, and plant-based, gluten-free and alcohol-free options stated as standard.
