Jigger & Pony, Singapore's most decorated modern classic cocktail bar, builds its non-alcoholic drinks into the same rotating 'menuzine' as everything else rather than relegating them to a separate mocktail page. The 2026 edition, BLOOM, gives them a titled chapter - Free Spirited - holding three builds at S$22 against S$28 for the spirited list: Pear & Hops, which sets Seedlip Spice against pear, hops, lemon and Fever-Tree Indian Tonic; Osmanthus & Tea, a classic-style sour using Lyre's Agave Blanco, osmanthus, orchid white tea, lemon and egg white; and Bitter Orange & Raspberry, an aperitivo answer built on Monin Bitter, raspberry, NON 1 and lemon. Each is printed at under 0.5% ABV, and the bar notes that spirited versions can be made on request.

Tucked into the front corner of Raffles Hotel Singapore's Grand Lobby, Writers Bar runs a genuine printed list of eight non-alcoholic cocktails served in proper stemware. Bar manager Konstantine Arzumanov's zero-proof builds include the Emin Pasha, an Arabic-influenced old-fashioned of Seedlip Spice 94, miso, orgeat, gum and demerara syrups and orange-blossom water, and the Strike Slip, a clarified serve of Lyre's White Cane, sencha, soursop and calamansi. The NA drinks are composed with the same care as the bar's literary-themed alcoholic cocktails, not treated as an afterthought.

Wakuda is a modern Japanese restaurant and sake bar in the Tower 2 lobby of Marina Bay Sands from two-Michelin-starred chef Tetsuya Wakuda, and one of the resort venues carrying the alcohol-free 'Zero Edit' list. The zero-proof builds lean on Seedlip: Berrylicious reworks the clover club with Seedlip Grove, cranberry, strawberry, raspberry and rosemary, while Lady Marmalade layers Seedlip Garden with osmanthus and orange. The drinks are served at the bar (open daily until midnight) alongside bar bites, giving non-drinkers a genuine named menu rather than an afterthought.

Baia is a Roman-inspired rooftop dining lounge above Esplanade Mall with sweeping Marina Bay views, where the Proof & Co-curated cocktail list carries a genuine set of four dedicated zero-proof drinks at S$22 or below. The standout is 'As Good As Corona', built on Seedlip Grove 42 with yuzu and sage, alongside 'Not a Sunken City', the alcohol-free take on the house Sunken City that swaps gin for a non-alcoholic spirit and holds the tomato relish. Bar manager Adonis E. Reyes builds each spirit-free drink to mirror the flavour architecture of its full-proof counterpart, and the team will craft bespoke zero-proof serves on request.
