The kitchen is led by chef Jake Wood, and the room is a late one — 1am on Fridays, 1am on Saturdays from a 3pm open.

Songbird opened in July 2026 in Raleigh's Five Points area as an all-day room — espresso, cold-press juices and seasonal smoothies from 8am, turning into an ingredient-driven bar in the evening. Between a third and a half of the drinks menu is non-alcoholic depending on the season, and every item is labelled with its ABV so you can see exactly what you are ordering. From April to September the bar also runs Roadrunner, a retro camper bar parked in its patio garden, whose published menu carries two named mocktails and Heineken 0.0. The zero-proof drinks change with the seasonal list.

Sitti is a downtown Raleigh Lebanese restaurant whose drinks list carries a dedicated "Spirit-free Cocktails" section, all three builds at $5 — among the cheapest properly-made non-alcoholic drinks in the city.
