Bangkok Supper Club is an inventive Thai restaurant at 641 Hudson Street in the West Village, channeling the energy of Bangkok's late-night food scene with deep U-shaped booths and a buzzy, social atmosphere. Its cocktail program is led by Suwincha "Chacha" Singsuwan, named the Michelin Guide New York 2024 Exceptional Cocktails Award winner. For non-drinkers, Time Out highlighted the bar's spirit-free "Beets 'N' Cream," which (in its zero-proof form) infuses Seedlip with beets and is shaken with mango, honey and lemon, then topped with a cream cheese float. Non-alcoholic options are not broken out into a dedicated section of the printed menu, so sober-curious guests should ask the bar for the spirit-free version, but the kitchen's Michelin-recognized mixology makes it a worthwhile stop for a thoughtfully made alcohol-free drink in a high-energy setting.
