Bar Pompette is a French-Italian cocktail bar on College Street in Toronto's Little Italy, part of a small Pompette-branded group that also includes Bakery Pompette, a French bakery, Bar Allegro, an aperitivo bar, and Pelican Wine, an agency for organic and biodynamic French wine. The bar takes walk-ins only, with no reservations, Sunday through Thursday from 6pm to 1am and Friday and Saturday until 2am. It has drawn outsized recognition for a neighbourhood address, landing on the World's 50 Best Bars list and ranked #1 on Canada's 100 Best Bars in 2025.
The non-alcoholic side of the program is genuine rather than a token gesture: Bar Pompette makes its own non-alcoholic aperitif in-house from Ontario and Quebec botanicals, and it runs through the bar's wider drink program rather than being confined to a single mocktail. Among the named zero-proof cocktails is the Provence En Fleur, built from pear, lavender, mosaic hops and tonic.
