777 Dundas St. West, Toronto, ON
Collective Arts Brewing's Toronto taproom is located at 777 Dundas St. West in the Trinity-Bellwoods / Little Portugal neighbourhood, combining a taproom, retail store and lower-level live music and event space under one roof. The taproom and retail store are open Tuesday through Thursday from 1pm to 10pm, Friday from 1pm to 11pm, Saturday from noon to 11pm, and Sunday through Monday from 1pm to 9pm, with a kitchen serving Mexican-inspired food on a separate schedule most days; the patio welcomes well-behaved leashed dogs, and the space has free wifi and plenty of outlets for working.
Alongside its full lineup of beers on tap, cocktails and spirits, Collective Arts brews its own line of non-alcoholic beers, sold in the on-site retail store next to the rest of its portfolio. The Non-Alcoholic IPA comes in at 0.4% ABV, brewed with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops for citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes. The Non-Alcoholic Hazy Pale Ale is a New England-style beer, also 0.4% ABV, brewed with Mosaic and Citra hops for citrusy tropical fruit and red berry character. The Emerald Non-Alcoholic Stout comes in under 0.5% ABV, built around rich chocolate, sweet caramel and hints of roast coffee with a smooth finish.
