Honeysuckle Rose is an immersive eight-course tasting concept on Charleston's West Side, at 237 Fishburne Street in the former Purlieu space. Chef-owner Ryan Jones and co-proprietor Kelleanne Jones run a single nightly seating Wednesday through Saturday at $250 per person, with the beverage pairing curated by director of beverage and hospitality Shane Meszaros. Guests choose between a wine pairing and a non-alcoholic "zero beve" pairing for each course.
The zero-proof program is a deliberate parallel to the wine list rather than an afterthought: artisanal mocktails are individually designed to complement each of the eight dishes, built with herbs, spices, and fresh juices from seasonal fruits. The team reports unexpectedly high demand for the alcohol-free pairing, and recent diner reviews (through late 2025 into 2026) describe the experience and service as a standout, confirming the restaurant is actively operating.

“We never expected the high level of interest in non-alcoholic pairings. We thought there would be one or two requests per week, but it's sometimes nine per night.”— Chef-owner Ryan Jones, in Charleston Living MagazineCharleston Living Magazine →
