Nevada Brew Works is a family-friendly craft brewery and brewpub in the Las Vegas Arts District, with an industrial taproom where the brewing tanks are in full view and a large outdoor beer garden strung with lights. Its brewers trained at the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago, and the house line is that everything starts with the beer; the kitchen backs it with brick-oven pizza, burgers and pub food. It draws a genuinely mixed crowd — locals, families, visitors wandering up from Main Street — for casual afternoons and low-key nights out, and it has since expanded beyond the original Arts District taproom with a second, larger location at Boca Park in Summerlin, at 820 South Rampart Boulevard, which added a full bar and a dog-friendly patio with heat lamps and misters.
The non-alcoholic side deserves an honest description rather than a generous one. Nevada Brew Works markets itself as accessible for any kind of drinker, and in practice that means rotating non-alcoholic beers kept in stock alongside mocktails, cider and wine, plus straightforward zero-proof staples like lemonade and Arnold Palmers. What it does not have is a named, printed zero-proof menu of the sort that Palate, ECHO or the Golden Tiki run — the accommodation is real but it is accommodation, not a program, and the specific non-alcoholic beers on hand rotate rather than being a fixed list worth travelling for. That distinction matters for how you use the place. As a brewery where a non-drinking member of a group can sit down, order something decent and not feel like an inconvenience for a whole afternoon, it works well and the beer garden makes it comfortable. As a destination chosen specifically for its alcohol-free drinks, there are better-suited rooms in this city, several of them within a few blocks in the same Arts District.
