Deep Dive is the opulent, art-filled cocktail lounge from acclaimed chef Renée Erickson and her Sea Creatures restaurant group, opened in 2018 in the Amazon Spheres complex in South Lake Union. The jewel-box, speakeasy-style room is a longtime destination for craft cocktails and oysters, and is regularly cited in Seattle's best-mocktail coverage for taking its non-alcoholic offerings seriously.
The bar keeps a dedicated "Above Water" non-alcoholic section, with crafted zero-proof cocktails such as the Sinless Sour and A Bitter Whisper, built using non-alcoholic brands including Ghia aperitif and Pathfinder — giving spirit-free guests a full cocktail-bar experience rather than an afterthought.
