3201 Corrine Dr Ste 201, Orlando, FL 32803
The Neighbors occupies the second floor of East End Market, a former church on Corrine Drive that was converted into a food hall in 2013 and has since become an anchor of the Audubon Park Garden District. The Neighbors itself opened on November 5, 2021, a joint project of Freehand Goods owners Seth Daniels and Jacob Zepf, Domu owner Sean 'Sonny' Nguyen, and East End Market owner John Rife, pairing a retail shop with a cocktail lounge and kitchen. The upstairs shop stocks goods from Florida-based small makers, and the bar program is built to celebrate Orlando's individual neighborhoods.
Owner Jacob Zepf has described the alcohol-free program's growth from a niche afterthought into a core offering: 'We started with just two on the menu and now offer a full page of mocktails, non-alcoholic beers, sodas and some canned CBD beverages, as well.' Zepf has singled out Seedlip as the non-alcoholic spirit that mixes best for the bar's builds.
The menu's headliner is the Lavender Pomojito (lavender, pomegranate, mint, basil), which won Orlando Weekly's 2025 Readers' Choice award for Best Zero-Proof Cocktail in the Best of Orlando awards. Other named zero-proof drinks include You're Turning Violet, Violet! (blueberry, ginger, green tea, Aplós Ease non-alcoholic spirit), Hot Spa (Seedlip non-alcoholic gin, lavender syrup, jalapeño syrup, vegan Fee Foam), WPV (celery and grapefruit soda), Zephyr (ginger beer, lime, cinnamon), Theros (peach-infused oat milk, Seedlip Garden, rosemary), and Totes McOats (oat milk, Seedlip Garden, orange, lavender), alongside rotating canned mocktails and non-alcoholic beer in the retail cooler.
