Beyond the Bar is DFW's first alcohol-free bottle shop and dry bar, and by its own account the only one in Texas — a zero-proof shop and tasting room in a 1958 mid-century building in Richardson's Core District. The range runs past 280 products, from Athletic, Seedlip, Lyre's and Ritual to Almave, Ghia, Pathfinder and De Soi, alongside dealcoholised wines and functional drinks. The bar pours its own builds, including the Italian Spritz that won the Dallas Observer's Best Mocktail award, and the room hosts tastings and zero-proof cocktail classes.

Catbird is the rooftop bar at the Thompson Dallas hotel, and its current menu carries a printed Non-Alcoholic Cocktails section. Barbie Girl builds Lyre's London Dry against rhubarb syrup under a matcha concentrate float; Canned Responses runs lychee, coconut and almond; and Shoots & Ladders is made with a house pineapple bamboo tepache. Heineken 0.0 is on the beer list. The section is offered the other way round too — any of the three can be made spirited for a small supplement.

Stillwell's is the steakhouse inside Hôtel Swexan in the Harwood District, and its drink list carries a printed Non-Alcoholic section. The Golden Pear is built on Lyre's Classico non-alcoholic sparkling wine with pear and lemon; the Ginger Snap uses Seedlip Garden 108 infused with rooibos, then cinnamon, lime and ginger beer. Heineken 0.0 rounds out the beer list. Both builds are priced alongside the bar's cocktails rather than beneath them.

Chelsea Corner is a long-running Knox-Henderson neighbourhood bar with a patio, and it keeps a printed Zero Proof / Mocktail Menu that is deeper than most cocktail bars manage. Ritual Zero Proof does the heavy lifting: a zero-proof espresso martini, a Tommy's margarita and a cucumber mint spritz that adds Lyre's Classico. Beyond the cocktails there is Lyre's sparkling by the glass or as mimosas and bellinis, a michelada built on Heineken 0.0, and several Athletic Brewing varieties.
