Lyre's in Singapore
5 verified venues in Singapore pour Lyre's.
Jigger & Pony
Tanjong Pagar
Jigger & Pony, Singapore's most decorated modern classic cocktail bar, builds its non-alcoholic drinks into the same rotating 'menuzine' as everything else rather than relegating them to a separate mocktail page. The 2026 edition, BLOOM, gives them a titled chapter - Free Spirited - holding three builds at S$22 against S$28 for the spirited list: Pear & Hops, which sets Seedlip Spice against pear, hops, lemon and Fever-Tree Indian Tonic; Osmanthus & Tea, a classic-style sour using Lyre's Agave Blanco, osmanthus, orchid white tea, lemon and egg white; and Bitter Orange & Raspberry, an aperitivo answer built on Monin Bitter, raspberry, NON 1 and lemon. Each is printed at under 0.5% ABV, and the bar notes that spirited versions can be made on request.
Manhattan
Orchard
Manhattan is the grand hotel cocktail bar on Level 2 of the Conrad Singapore Orchard (the former Regent Singapore), a former World's Best Bar in Asia that runs a genuine printed zero-proof section called 'Off Broadway' — four non-alcoholic creations, one for each chapter of its 'Seasons of Manhattan' menu. Head bartender Zana Mohlmann builds the Autumn Groove Fizz by dosing tonic with a lemon-mushroom oleo saccharum, and the Blooming Daisy on Lyre's non-alcoholic agave spirit with bee pollen and rose lychee milk tea. The same house-craft techniques behind the bar's barrel-aged cocktails carry into the zero-proof drinks, so alcohol-free guests get a genuine seat in one of Asia's most decorated rooms.
Writers Bar
City Hall / Civic District
Tucked into the front corner of Raffles Hotel Singapore's Grand Lobby, Writers Bar runs a genuine printed list of eight non-alcoholic cocktails served in proper stemware. Bar manager Konstantine Arzumanov's zero-proof builds include the Emin Pasha, an Arabic-influenced old-fashioned of Seedlip Spice 94, miso, orgeat, gum and demerara syrups and orange-blossom water, and the Strike Slip, a clarified serve of Lyre's White Cane, sencha, soursop and calamansi. The NA drinks are composed with the same care as the bar's literary-themed alcoholic cocktails, not treated as an afterthought.
ANTI:DOTE
City Hall
ANTI:DOTE is Fairmont Singapore's apothecary-themed cocktail bar, where Head Mixologist Kingston Chin's 'Cure-All' menu carries genuine zero-proof builds alongside its spirit-forward remedies. Its weekly 'Pretty Sober Night' (every Tuesday from 5pm) puts alcohol-free cocktails such as Virgin Sling, Good Fortune, Golden Reset and Berry Mint Tea front and centre from S$10++, with Heineken 0.0 and other non-alcoholic beers on hand. Year-round, signatures are offered in NA form too - Ammachi's Coffee (S$22) swaps whisky and rum for Lyre's Malt and Spiced Cane, and Deja vu (S$22) leans on a house ginger tonic infused with cinchona bark.
Neon Pigeon
Boat Quay
Neon Pigeon is a Tokyo-inspired 'third culture' izakaya on Carpenter Street whose drinks list is deliberately split into full-proof, half-proof and zero-proof cocktails built with the same craft — the alcohol-free builds are listed alongside the rest rather than buried at the back of the menu. The best-selling zero-proof No Kaze pours Lyre's London Dry (alcohol-free gin) with London Essence blood-orange-and-elderflower tonic, a house Thai-basil cordial and a dashi-and-seaweed saline, garnished with Japanese cucumber, shiso and celery. The floral Lady Hinata (S$14) layers zero-proof gin with lavender, cucumber and shishito peppers, and there's a non-alcoholic Amaretti Sour built on Lyre's Amaretti and zero-proof Prosecco.
