Manhattan opened as an homage to New York's golden age of cocktails and quickly became one of the region's most awarded bars, ranking No. 33 on The World's 50 Best Bars in 2022, No. 21 on Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2023, and taking the title of Best Bar in Asia. It sits on the second floor of the Conrad Singapore Orchard — the 1980s Cuscaden Road landmark that operated as Regent Singapore until it was rebranded under Hilton's Conrad flag in 2023 — with olive-leather banquettes, a raised marble bar, and the world's first in-hotel rickhouse where barrel-aged Manhattans and solera-aged Negronis rest in oak.
The non-alcoholic program lives in a dedicated menu section titled 'Off Broadway,' offering four zero-proof tipples so teetotal guests can also enjoy the show. For the current 'Seasons of Manhattan' menu — a desk-calendar of 31 cocktails spanning Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter in New York City — each seasonal chapter carries its own alcohol-free creation inspired by the pillars of that chapter.
Bon Appetit singled out two of head bartender Zana Mohlmann's builds: the Autumn Groove Fizz, which doses tonic with a lemon-mushroom oleo saccharum, and the Blooming Daisy, which echoes spring's first blossoms with Lyre's non-alcoholic agave spirit, bee pollen and rose lychee milk tea. The drinks apply the same oleo, ferment and house-syrup techniques that define the alcoholic list, rather than treating no-proof as an afterthought.
Manhattan trades in the evenings Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday, and remains fully open as of 2025–2026 following the hotel's rebrand and the May 2025 launch of the Seasons of Manhattan menu.
