The Fox Bar & Cocktail Club is a plush 1,000-square-foot craft cocktail bar in East Nashville's Inglewood stretch, tucked behind an Italian restaurant on Gallatin Pike. It opened on 28 September 2017 from Bryan Rushton and Andrew Cook, longtime music-industry friends and Massachusetts natives, in a room fitted out with reclaimed wood from Nashville-area houses. Food & Wine named it one of the 10 Best U.S. Bars in 2023, Eater Nashville made it Bar of the Year the same year, and USA Today's 2026 list called it one of the city's strongest cocktail programs. Its non-alcoholic drinks are built with the same technique as the full menu and, importantly, they rotate with the seasons rather than sitting still — the current three are the East Coast Inferno (Sanbittèr Red, orange juice, Old Bay, habanero, lemon), Pêche Mode (Almave Ámbar non-alcoholic tequila, peach, lime, salted honey) and Duck Hunt (duck fat Lapsang Souchong, The Pathfinder, cherry, BBQ bitters), all $12.

Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant that opened in East Nashville in March 2023, founded by owner Jon Murray, managing partner Wilson Brannock, and executive chef and partner Dung "Junior" Vo (a 2025 James Beard semifinalist). It earned Eater Nashville's Best New Restaurant (2023), spots on OpenTable's Top 100 Restaurants in America (2023 and 2024), and recognition from the New York Times. Alongside its cocktail and sake program, Noko keeps a small but genuine named Zero-Proof section on its own menu. House-made options include the Phony Negroni (Tasmanian pepper berry, cinnamon, juniper, orange essence), The Hero (lychee, hibiscus, yuzu, soda), and Guava Girlies (Seedlip Garden 108, guava, basil, yuzu, serrano), with non-alcoholic wine (Vinada Chardonnay) and an Untitled Art NA IPA rounding out the zero-proof choices.

Rare Bird is the rooftop bar and lounge atop the Noelle Hotel in downtown Nashville, perched on the building's 13th floor with views over the skyline and the Cumberland River. It opened to the public in March 2018, built around a "draft cocktails and uncaged spirits" concept in a colorful, design-forward setting. The bar is walk-in only and runs a daily "Golden Hour" happy-hour menu on weekdays. Alongside its full cocktail program, Rare Bird keeps a small headed zero-proof section it calls Hatchlings, both drinks at $13: The Perch, built on Seedlip Garden with orgeat and lime, and the Blushing Canary, with strawberry, passionfruit, lemon and Topo Chico. The list turns over — the Lemon Julip, N/Aperol Spritz and Daiquiri-Ish that anchored it in 2025 are gone — so treat it as two well-made drinks rather than a menu. It's a scenic, tourist-popular rooftop where a sober guest can still order something composed.

Urban Grub is a Southern seafood-and-grill restaurant in Nashville's 12 South neighborhood, opened in April 2012 by Jay Pennington and Billy Inman inside a renovated former carwash at the corner of 12th and Gilmore. Branded "Fresh Fish & Fine Aged Meats," the kitchen pairs Southern traditions with a flavored-up tweak — fresh-shucked oysters, smoked and grilled meats, and seafood. The bar maintains a named non-alcoholic program highlighted by local guide Nashville Guru for its "extensive selection" of zero-proof options. The current card runs four at $10 under a Non-Alcoholic Cocktails heading: a Fauxspresso Martini on Switters nitro cold brew with vanilla clove, Defying Gravity (Seedlip Agave, Lyre's Italian Orange, lemon and house grenadine), a Not Aperol Spritz on Lyre's Italian Orange with NA sparkling wine, and a Free Spirit of grapefruit, ginger syrup, lime and ginger beer — alongside non-alcoholic beer from Athletic Brewing (Lite, Golden Dawn, and Run Wild IPA) and other NA pours. It's a lively 12 South spot where non-drinkers have a real menu to choose from.
