20 Stories sits 19 floors above Spinningfields, wrapping an elegant restaurant, a statement illuminated bar and an expansive rooftop terrace with silver birch trees, a firepit and 360-degree views over the Manchester skyline. It is the flagship venue of The Evolv Collection (sister to 14 Stories in London and 24 Stories in Birmingham) and was named Best Restaurant in Manchester at the British Restaurant Awards, with menus led by Executive Head Chef Daniel Scott that lean on regional Northwest produce.
The non-alcoholic program is a real one, not an afterthought.
