4 Noses Brewing Company

4 Noses Brewing Company has been one of Colorado's better-known craft breweries since it opened in Broomfield in 2014, and its Denver taproom at 4040 Dahlia Street puts it inside the city in the Northeast Park Hill neighbourhood, as defined by Denver's own statistical boundaries. The reason it belongs in a non-alcoholic guide is Camp Zero, the brewery's first alcohol-free beer, launched in 2025 — a rare instance of an established Colorado craft brewery committing production capacity to the category rather than simply stocking someone else's cans.

The brewery's own description sets the tone: "Camp Zero is our easy-drinking adventure into alcohol-free beer. Crafted with full flavor and a spirit for the outdoors, this brew is made for trail breaks and mellow nights and everything in between." The second batch moved to a tangerine guava blonde, which 4 Noses characterises as "bright and refreshing... clean and easy", and which Westword's January 2026 round-up of Denver's non-alcoholic options described as "brewed with real fruit, this tangerine-guava blonde ale is lightly tart and plenty refreshing". That fruited-blonde format is a sensible choice for a non-alcoholic beer, since the fruit acidity covers for the body that dealcoholisation removes. Camp Zero is not confined to the brewery's own rooms: Briar Common in Jefferson Park lists 4 Noses Camp Zero Tangerine Guava Blonde on its guest non-alcoholic can shelf alongside Best Day Brewing, which means a drinker can find it around the city rather than only at source. The Dahlia Street taproom itself is a straightforward Colorado brewery room — opening at 2pm on weeknights, 1pm on Fridays and noon at weekends, closing by 9pm most nights and 8pm on Sundays. The non-alcoholic offer here is a single well-made beer rather than a built cocktail programme, which is why it is graded modestly, but it is a genuine one and it is brewed locally.
