Han's Kombucha — the house booch poured throughout the taproom — has been voted Utah's Best Kombucha three years running, and the draft list rotates through staples like Ginger Hibiscus, Grapefruit Rosemary, Cherry Pie and White Peach Champagne. The 5,300-square-foot space, decorated in a warm modern-southwestern style with a dog-friendly patio, also hosts yoga, co-working and local-artist events, making it a genuine community hub rather than just a bar.
The non-alcoholic program is a deliberate centerpiece: City Cast Salt Lake's mocktail guide singles the taproom out, noting that many of the NA drinks include the house-made kombucha — and that you can order a whole kombucha flight.
