The bar's most popular NA pour is the Eastside, which Utah Stories described as featuring Seedlip Spice non-alcoholic spirit with muddled cucumber and kaffir lime syrup and lime juice, garnished with a cucumber ribbon. Alongside it sit a rotating shrub, the coconut-forward Dreamcicle, and a Tamarind Lemon Spritz — each priced the same as a happy-hour bite at $7.
Laurel occupies the remodeled main dining room of The Grand America, with a relaxed, accessible menu — a deliberate move away from the hotel's former white-tablecloth formality — and a separate 21+ bar.
