Inside Passage

Inside Passage is a highly themed tropical cocktail bar tucked behind Rumba on Pike Street, designed as an underwater sunken-ship escape complete with an octopus sculpture, dramatic lighting and theatrical drink presentations. It has earned national notice, appearing on the World's 50 Best Discovery list, and is known for limiting party sizes to preserve its intimate, transportive atmosphere.

The bar maintains a dedicated "Spirit Free Libations" menu, so the non-alcoholic offering is a real program rather than a one-off mocktail. The zero-proof cocktails are built on ingredients like Pathfinder, herb-and-root blends, coconut cream, black currant, ginger, lime and soda, and — like the alcoholic drinks — arrive with theatrical flourishes such as dry-ice fog and whimsical vessels.
