Rob Roy

Rob Roy is a classic cocktail lounge in Belltown owned by Anu Apte, one of Seattle's most respected bartenders and a James Beard-nominated industry figure who took over the bar in 2009. It is a long-running fixture of the city's craft cocktail scene, known for its cozy, spirit-forward program and recognition from the likes of Difford's Guide and Seattle Cocktail Week.

Because Apte has been sober for years, Rob Roy's non-alcoholic offering is unusually intentional for a spirit-forward bar. The curated zero-proof list has included non-alcoholic wine and sparkling wine, NA beer, and sophisticated spirit-free cocktails — among them the Ace of Cups, made with Three Spirit Social, winter melon, citrus, berry, Thai basil and effervescence — served by bartenders well-versed in the NA menu.
