The Restaurant People took the tenth floor of the Moxy Atlanta Downtown at 329 Marietta Street NW and opened Jagger Suite there in early March 2026, aiming squarely at the big-night market: a rooftop lounge with a Studio 54 reference running through the design, a twelve-foot disco unicorn as the room's centrepiece, and a terrace looking across the western edge of downtown towards Mercedes-Benz Stadium. It runs a golden-hour menu of elevated bites early and turns into a late room after ten, trading to 2am Wednesday through Saturday. The cocktail programme includes a dedicated espresso martini list, which tells you the register the bar is working in.

The non-alcoholic drinks are not an afterthought on the board. They are collected under their own heading — Free-Spirited — and there are three of them. Rooftop Retreat uses Ritual Zero Proof's tequila alternative with pineapple, basil and coconut water, a long tropical drink that holds up against the room's noise. Flashback runs a whiskey alternative with ginger and lemon, essentially a non-alcoholic Penicillin structure without the smoke. Off the Record closes the set with a zero-proof gin base, vanilla, pomegranate and citrus. DiningOut's 2026 zero-proof survey noted that all three provide the same energy as the alcoholic cocktails and are best enjoyed under the disco unicorn — which, at a bar built around spectacle, is the whole point: the drink has to look like everyone else's. For anyone in recovery who still wants a rooftop and a DJ rather than a quiet corner, Jagger Suite is one of the few downtown rooms where the alcohol-free order does not mark you out. It sits at a four rather than a five because it is a fully licensed bar with a substantial spirits programme; the zero-proof section is real, named and permanent, but it is a section.
