Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar opened at Disney Springs (then Downtown Disney) on September 22, 2015, themed as the cluttered hangar of Indiana Jones' fictional pilot Jock Lindsey, filled with cargo crates, vintage aviation gear, and props from the Indiana Jones films. It sits on the waterfront in The Landing neighborhood of Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the water.
Alongside its cocktail menu, the bar lists non-alcoholic 'libations': the Antidote (Sprite, maraschino cherry juice), the Diving Bell (Simply Lemonade, watermelon), the Poisonless Dart (soda water, mint, simple syrup, fresh lime juice - essentially a virgin mojito), and Teddy's Tea (green tea, mint, tangerine).
The drinks are simple, soda-fountain-style builds rather than spirit-based mocktails, making the bar an easy stop for non-drinkers traveling with a group that wants the Indiana Jones theming and live entertainment without needing a dedicated craft mocktail program. A 2016 TouringPlans review of the bar from a non-drinker's perspective noted it included 'at least one special non-alcoholic drink on each page of its drink menu,' suggesting the roster is a deliberate, longstanding feature rather than an afterthought.
