5 Raffles Avenue, Level 3, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore 039797
MO Bar sits on Level 3 of Mandarin Oriental, Singapore at 5 Raffles Avenue, with wraparound windows looking out over Marina Bay. The bar reopened in 2023 following a full renovation of the hotel, and remains one of the city's benchmark hotel bars, drawing on Asia's ports and the Pacific for its themed, volume-by-volume cocktail programme.
It is a genuine world-class operation: MO Bar climbed to No. 8 on Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2022 (winning that year's Nikka Highest Climber Award), appeared at No. 57 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2022, and took the Michter's Art of Hospitality Award in 2021. The team works with modern kit including sonic infusers and water baths, and makes its own kombuchas and ferments in house.
The non-alcoholic offering is woven through the menu rather than tucked into a separate list. On the current Vol. 7 'Modern Localism' menu (launched March 2026), drinks are designed to flex both ways: The Artis, a collaboration with Hans Tan Studio built on fermented banana tibicos, pandan and coconut salt, is poured alcohol-free by default with vodka as an optional add, while the dessert-leaning B.T.B (Bean to Bar), made with cacao nib kombucha and chocolate, is available in a non-alcoholic version. Earlier menus produced named zero-proof serves such as The Formosan (S$16), an indulgent coconut-cream take on an Irish coffee served hot or cold.
MO Bar opens Sunday to Thursday from 5pm to midnight and Friday to Saturday from 5pm to 1am; reservations run through the hotel on +65 6885 3500. It is an 18-and-over room.
