Osaka Miami sits at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive, on the waterfront edge of Brickell, and is the Miami location of the Osaka Nikkei group that made its name in Lima. Nikkei cooking is the century-old Japanese-Peruvian hybrid that came out of Japanese immigration to Peru, and the restaurant applies the same logic behind the bar: Japanese tea and citrus meeting Peruvian produce and technique. Service is split, with lunch from noon to 2:30pm Tuesday through Friday, a Sunday midday service until 4pm, and dinner every night, running to midnight on Friday and Saturday.

The alcohol-free list is the reason the restaurant belongs in this catalogue, and it is unusually specific for a Brickell dining room. The Coco Bang is a savoury-sweet build of coconut miso, genmaicha tea, kumquat and a lift of orange blossom. The Yuzu Tea pairs a sencha infusion with pineapple and a yuzu foam. The OSK Fresh is the driest of the four, working tangerine cordial and rosemary over soda. The Blossom Lemonade blends sakura tea with watermelon cordial and lime. All four are made in-house from teas, cordials and infusions the kitchen already runs, rather than from off-the-shelf non-alcoholic spirits, which is why no brand is attached to this entry. Secret Miami placed Osaka at the top of its December 2025 round-up of fifteen Miami rooms serving zero-proof drinks and described the list as blending Japanese-inspired flavours with tropical flair. An older Miami New Times survey from January 2024 recorded a different four-drink line-up at the same restaurant — The Only Tonic, Chicha Jamaica, Osaka Fresh and Barley & Honey — which suggests the menu is refreshed periodically and that a caller should confirm the current list. The room sits on the waterfront edge of Brickell Bay Drive, a short distance from Rosa Sky on SW 8th Street and ADRIFT Mare on Brickell Avenue, both already carried in this catalogue, which makes the neighbourhood one of the denser clusters of documented alcohol-free drinking in Miami.
