The Peach Crease Club opened on November 28, 2025 at 4180 Wynkoop Street, across the plaza from the 4,000-capacity Mission Ballroom, from husband-and-wife bartenders Alex Jump and Stuart Jensen. The name and the concept came from their own house: they had called their home bar the Peach Crease Club through the pandemic, when they were hosting dinner parties, and the bar is furnished with their art, furniture and record collection. Jump spent half a decade at Death & Co Denver and was named Best US Bar Mentor at the 2024 Spirited Awards; Jensen co-owns Curio and Roger's Liquid Oasis. Music is a structural pillar rather than a background: Jensen spent two and a half years assembling an audio system with seven main speakers that can play vinyl, digital or reel-to-reel tape. The room seats about seventy-five, the food is Danish-style smorrebrod, tinned seafood and caviar service, and the drinks list changes roughly three times a year. It drew a 2026 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards nomination for Best New US Cocktail Bar.

The menu is the part that matters most for anyone not drinking. Every cocktail is printed with its alcohol-by-volume, from a 0.0% build up to a 26.8% Fattoush, and drinks that can be made without alcohol are marked, so nobody has to ask. Beyond the convertible builds, there is a dedicated Non Alc cocktail page with four drinks of its own. Peanuts & Cola ($16) is nitrogen-infused and built on The Pathfinder and Three Spirit Nitecap with peanuts and cola, a riff on the Southern habit of dropping peanuts into a Coca-Cola that Jump grew up with in Tennessee. Borscht ($18) uses non-alcoholic vodka with beets, yogurt, dill, lime and horseradish cream at a measured 0.0%. Green Curry ($18) runs non-alcoholic rum with curry spices, palm sugar, rice, coconut, MSG and soda. Hazelnut & Peaches ($15) is built on non-alcoholic white wine and a French aperitif with peaches, sweet potato and dukkah. The non-alcoholic beer, wine and soda list is equally worked through: Guinness Draught 0, Untitled Art pilsner and West Coast IPA, Good Twin sparkling glera, Oddbird white, Leitz Eins Zwei Zero pinot noir, and Casamara Club leisure sodas.

Meanwhile, the nutty, bittersweet Peanuts & Cola, a zero-proof, nitrogen-infused creation, will have Southerners smiling.
