Bar None is a zero-proof evening bar in Chicago's West Loop, running Friday to Sunday from 5pm to 11pm inside Froth, the coffee cafe in the lobby of The Duncan at 1515 W Monroe St. It launched on 28 February 2026 from Heritage Hospitality Group, the team behind Froth, with beverage director Luke Nevin-Gattle (previously Bunker and Larry's). Every cocktail is genuinely alcohol-free, built on real NA spirits at $13 — a St. Agrestis Phony Negroni, an espresso martini with Ritual rum alternative and Pathfinder, Good Vibrations with Ritual gin alternative and Giffard elderflower, a spicy margarita with Ritual agave and Lyre's Italian orange, and a Gold Rush — alongside nine non-alcoholic beers and ciders at $6 and Leitz Eins Zwei Zero wines at $9. IMPORTANT: the venue brands itself a THC-integrated sober lounge. Any cocktail can be upgraded with a 2.5mg THC microdose for $4, and it sells 5mg THC seltzers at $9. The alcohol-free drinks stand on their own, but anyone avoiding all intoxicants should order without the upgrade and skip the seltzers.

Beyond Proof is a fully alcohol-free craft cocktail bar at 597 Centre Street in Jamaica Plain, opened in April 2026 by Krista Kranyak, who converted her own long-running restaurant Ten Tables into what is widely reported as Boston's first zero-proof bar. Every drink is built at 0% ABV and the list is organised into sections headed Florals, Groundings, Rewritten Classics, Awakenings and Simple Sips, with straight $9 pours of zero-proof tequila, gin, vodka, bourbon and mezcal for guests who want something plainer. The kitchen serves a Lebanese and Mediterranean mezze menu of hummus boards, fire-roasted carrots, saffron tahdig bites, knafeh and slow-cooked pots. One drink, the Settle, is made with kava, a psychoactive root, which the bar names openly on the menu.

Free Spirit is a fully alcohol-free cocktail bar and restaurant operated by Riverdale Hub, a not-for-profit social enterprise inside a converted century-old building in Toronto's Leslieville / Gerrard India Bazaar neighbourhood. It opened April 23, 2024 and runs on a no-tipping, living-wage model, with restaurant proceeds going toward addressing barriers for equity-deserving groups in the community. The ten-drink zero-proof menu spans a Bloody Caesar, a Cosmo built on Seedlip Garden 108, and an Espresso Martini made with Seedlip Spice 94, backed by a zero-proof beer list that includes Guinness 0.0 and Heineken 0.0.

Raven Records is a heavy-metal record store, metal-themed coffee shop and fully alcohol-free bar in Camden Town, billed as the world's first heavy-metal alcohol-free bar. Everything on offer is 0.0%: Heineken 0.0 on draught alongside Guinness 0.0, Stella 0.0 and craft NA beer from Brulo, plus seven alcohol-free whiskies and AF gin, vodka, tequila and botanical spirits used in the bar's alcohol-free cocktails. Founded by owners Ben and Chloe, it was conceived as a socialising space that doesn't revolve around alcohol.

Reposado Bar & Lounge is a tequila- and mezcal-focused bar and lounge on Ossington Avenue in Toronto's Ossington strip, open since 2007 and voted one of Canada's Top 50 Bars in 2024. Alongside live jazz on Fridays and funk on Saturdays, it runs a dedicated "Non-Alcoholic" menu page listing seven named zero-proof drinks with prices, from a $1 Spicy Sangrita Shot to $6 zero-proof takes on its blood orange margarita, Dark 'n Stormy and pineapple fizz. Sober Bar is a fully zero-proof bar and specialty coffee spot in downtown Gulfport — every drink on the menu is 100% alcohol-free. Opened in June 2026 after a run as a Tampa Bay pop-up, it's a New Orleans speakeasy-inspired room that pulls espresso, matcha, and kava-coffee drinks by day and pours craft zero-proof cocktails — Call Me an Ube, Red Widow, Linn & Juniper, Bee's Bouquet — on alcohol-alternative spirits by night, with NA beer and wine on hand. Owners Sean Hawthorne and Collin Horton built the room dark and moody rather than bright and wellness-adjacent, which is a deliberate signal about who it is for. Open 7am to 10pm midweek and to 1am at weekends — a genuinely rare thing for an alcohol-free venue.

Bar Mordecai is a cocktail bar and restaurant in Toronto's Little Portugal / Dundas West neighborhood, styled after mid-century hotel lobby bars and inspired by the aesthetics of Wes Anderson's films. Downstairs holds the Green Room Bar and four private karaoke rooms themed around eras of musical history. Its printed menu carries a dedicated "NON-ALC OFFERINGS" section with two named zero-proof cocktails, non-alcoholic wine, and NA beer including Guinness 0.0.

Boone & Crockett is a riverside cocktail bar in Milwaukee's Harbor District that trades on the motto "Pretentious Drinks Without the Pretentiousness." Each Dry January it anchors Milwaukee's sober-curious scene by hosting the free after-party for N/A Day, the non-alcoholic beverage festival held next door.

Butterjoint is a bar and restaurant at 208 North Craig Street in North Oakland, serving Pittsburgh comfort food and French bistro classics. It opened next door to Legume in late 2012 under Trevett and Sarah Hooper, and absorbed that restaurant's space when Legume closed for good in February 2020; the Hoopers sold the business in November 2023 to George Austin, who had been their executive chef since 2021 and still runs it. Its non-alcoholic drinks sit under a menu heading called "Hold the Booze" and run across all three lists. There is one house zero-proof cocktail at a time, currently the Concrete Jungle bird ($12) built on house-made non-alcoholic rum and non-alcoholic Campari with pineapple, lime, cinnamon and jalapeño; Leitz sparkling Riesling is poured as the non-alcoholic wine ($10); and the beer list carries Guinness Zero, Bitburger Premium Pils and an Aslin blackberry-and-blueberry sour at $6 a can. The cocktail slot rotates several times a year, so the name changes even though the section does not.

Cliff's Taphouse is a neighborhood bar and restaurant in Kansas City's Martini Corner, opened in 2021 by Larry Kime, a former manager of the South Plaza institution Nick & Jake's. It took over the former Ollie's Local space at 3044 Gillham Road, leaning on a dozen-plus local taps, scratch American food, and a deliberately inclusive, family-style atmosphere — the name honors a Chicago beat cop who "welcomed all into his world." Though best known for fully-leaded craft beer dinners, the bar keeps a standing, clearly-labeled non-alcoholic section: Athletic Brewing IPA and Hazy IPA, Boulevard Quirk Superfruit N/A, Guinness 0, Heineken 0.0, Paulaner Weizen Radler, and Border Baseline Pale Ale, mostly $6–$7. Several house cocktails — Eva's Bourbon Berry Smash, Bucky's Botanicals, and Chan's Brew — can be made as mocktails on request.

Earls in Legacy West prints two alcohol-free sections — Zero Proof for the mixed drinks and Non-Alcoholic for beer and soft options. The two strongest builds use Seedlip: a Picante Margarita on Seedlip Notas de Agave and Seedlip Spice with smoky pepper and lime, and a Coconut Mango Cooler on Seedlip Spice with basil and lime. Cheaper builds include an Italian Spritz, a Strawberry Hibiscus Mule and a rotating sparkling lemonade, with Guinness 0 and Athletic Brewing's Run Wild on the beer list.

Elsewhere is an intimate craft cocktail bar tucked under South End's iconic Design Center water tower, co-founded by Wooden Robot Brewery CEO Josh Patton. The bar has prioritized an inclusive non-alcoholic program since day one, offering a rotating "For the Pilot" menu of thoughtfully crafted mocktails. Highlights include the "So Fun" — an NA margarita made with Ritual zero-proof tequila, pineapple, orange, lime, and jalapeño — alongside NA Guinness and Athletic Brewing on the menu.
